The deadline for requests is fast approaching you must request funding for persons needing help by 11:59 pm on February 1, 2010. this is a firm deadline.
Letters may either be from the person requesting the help or Chapter Presidents on their behalf.
The fund is intended for those who will be attending our convention for the first time and need some financial help to get there. After first timer's are  considered persons who have attended previous conventions may also be  considered if funding is available. 
The letter should explain the reason for the need and how it will be used.

Must arrive at in box by 11:59 on February 1, 2010 and will be given   directly to Mr. Neal.
