  As you will recall Congressman Russ Carnahan was an original cosponsor for the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act (H.R.734) when this bill was first introduced last year. We had a very good visit with him in his Washington office during our NFB Washington Seminar in early February. Since that time, he has signed on to both the Blind Persons Return to Work Act (H.R.886) and The Technology Bill of Rights for the Blind (H.R.4533). This makes him our first Missouri Congressional Member to support all three of our issues. Let's be sure to let him know how much we appreciate his responsiveness to blind constituents!
