Hi Dewey.  I think you should look on the Missouri state website 
and read the bill.  My understanding is that it drastically 
limits the kinds of suits people with disabilities can bring and 
caps damages at such a low level that it will be hard to get an 
attorney to represent you if you win.  Again, don't take what I 
have heard.  Read the bill and share your take on it.  People we 
respect say this is bad news.
