The State Board Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Coca Cola Community
Room in Jefferson City, 605 Washington St. beginning at 10 a.m on Saturday,
January 7th, 2012. For those wanting lunch for a cost of under $6.00 need to
let me know no later than Tuesday night, January 3rd. I would appreciate
names as this way there will be no duplications.

 

Directions to the meeting place for those who need it is as follows: for
those coming across the Missouri River        entering Jeff City, after
crossing the River, go left which is east on Hwy. 50 and go a mile to
Broadway, make a right on Broadway, go two blocks and make a left on Dunklin
St. , then one block to Washington St. and turn left. go one block and the
building will be on the southeast corner of Washing and Elm St.

 

Those coming from the eastside of town would take Hwy. 50 and turn left on
Broadway and continue as indicated.

 

Anyone coming in on Amtrak would have a short ride of about six blocks. the
cab number is 573-636-7101. Any questions call me at 573-230-4506. If I do
not hear from you by Tuesday night at the latest, you will not be counted in
for the lunch. Looking forward to seeing you and have a safe and enjoyable
beginning of the New Year.
