  Hi Gary,
  We probably should have given ourselves 45 days for the St. Louis meeting. Carol and I are available for this meeting  on any Sunday except April 17 (unless we  don't particpate in Earth day and leave it to rest of chapter) and April 24 (easter)
  As far as Saturdays  we are available April 9, April 23 (Easter Saturday if it matters), and May 7.
  You, Debbie, Dacia, Carol, and I are not available on April 16 due to chapter meeting and another event right after that. And due to family issues I am not available on April 30.
  April 9 would need to be  noon or later as Dacia, Carol, and myself will be with Garth Brooks and Reba McIntire Friday night.

  KC Convention:
  How many rooms should I hold for Thursday night. A new wrinkle is that  it will be opening weekend for the Royals and the hotel is across the street from the stadium; don't know whether it will be home or away yet but obviously need to be proactive.
