[Nfbmo] Conversation with Senator Dempsey this morning

Dear Dan,

While I am certainly not in a position to dispute what you describe below 
(as I was not in attendance to Jefferson City Seminar), I believe the 
attitude of Senate leadership has changed, and not in our favor. I feel this 
way based on conversations I've had over the past couple of days, both with 
Gary and now with Senator Dempsey.
