[Nfbmo] Co state convention

Hotel internet access can always be suspicious.

That is why I would spend 1000's of dollars of corporate money to have a
third party internet connection installed for my event.
The hotel would let the third party in and give them access to the
equipment room, but all the equipment and wiring was from a vendor.

As you can understand most state NFB chapters do not have that type of
resources to dedicate to internet access.
