It was, but that's not the end of it. As noted in another email,  governors 
around the country who have previously rejected the Medicare expansion  are 
now reconsidering.
   It ain't over till it's over!
    And it makes a huge difference if we send emails to our  legislators 
that we want this expanded!   They are especially  sensitive to notes from 
constituents.
