[Nfbmo] Mail In Word and PDF State Convention Registration Forms

Why can’t folks fill out the forms on their computer and print them  and 
mail them?
Makes little sense to me that  folks wouldn’t  enable editing and  take care 
of them as that is how I intended them to be when I  created them.

The state convention mail in Word/PDF registration forms are to be 
downloaded printed and filled out with a blue or black ink pen and mailed 
in. Theses forms are write protected and are not designed to be filled using 
a computer. This was done so mail in registration forms are kept shorts and 
clean so Carol can process them quickly. The online registration site is 
still under construction and will be up soon.
