This is a friendly reminder to everyone. If you will be attending state 
convention in Jeff City, you Must make your hotel reservations at the 
Capitol Plaza by Thursday March 21, 2013 if you want the rate of $79.00 per 
night that we have been given. The phone number to call is 573-635-1234. 
Registration must be either completed online or postmarked by April 1, 2013 
to get the registration fee of $14.00. If you register after that date the 
registration fee will be $20.00. Both the lunch's on Friday and Saturday are 
$15.00 and banquet is $30.00. The prayer breakfast on Sunday is $12.00. Once 
again, hotel reservations must be made by March 21.
