[Nfbmo] the lighthouse situation

I can't imagine any company continuing health and life insurance once someone has been laid off or terminated. Layoffs are terrible. I've seen them at the university many times, seen them with the NFB, and it is always heartbreaking.

Bryan and Robyn:

I should think of most long-ranging problem to be faced by this is what is this going to do to people's insurance, savings, and other perks that they have had. For some health insurance might be a real problem, and since they have been terminated, their life insurance will be cancelled, unless I miss my guess. During this time of receiving 2/3 salary, they all ought to do what they can to get services started from RSB or actively looking for other employment.
