It is my understanding that when somebody brings a guest to a chapter
meeting that person is supposed to act like a guest and not try to run the
meeting or berate an esteem long time member of the NFB.  It is also my
understanding that the person or persons who brings the guest is
responsible for that guess behavior especially if that person or persons
are chapter officers.

Am I correct in my understanding?
