My Name is Ruby Polk and I am the Chair of the Vehicle Donation Program in 
Missouri. We are asking People to Donate their Vehicles to the National 
Federation of the Blind to help us provide Programs for Blind Children and 
Adults. Joanne Wilson is the National Director of this Program,  at our
