About the Workforce Recruitment Program
The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) is a recruitment and referral
program that connects employers nationwide with highly motivated college
students and recent graduates to internships or permanent jobs. Since the
program's expansion in 1995, over 6,000 students and recent graduates have
received temporary and permanent employment opportunities through the WRP.
To be eligible for the WRP, candidates must be current, full-time
undergraduate or graduate students with a disability, or have graduated
within one year of the release of the database each December. Interviews for
WRP occur once per year - during October and November - and are managed by
college campuses.
