Meals:
Due to a sudden surge in sales If you wish to join us for lunch on Saturday you should send in your payment as soon as possible as there is a possibility that there will be no tickets available at Registration.  Sales are now first come first served. We have already met our numbers for this meal.
There remain plenty of tickets for Friday lunch , banquet, and the Prayer breakfast. Remember, Friday lunch tickets MUST be bought in advance.

Parking and airport shuttle:
Self-service parking is free both to those staying at the hotel and those commuting. Those not staying at the hotel need to go to the front desk as they leave and get a pass otherwise it is $14.00. Valet parking is $22.00.
       The Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle daily from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. upon availability. Upon arrival at Lambert International Airport guests should go to the local hotel phone bank located in baggage claim and dial #54 for pick up instructions from our shuttle dispatcher. Cell phone users may speak with the operator/dispatcher by dialing 314-863-0400 direct. 
       Street parking for charter buses is $80 per day through the city of Clayton. Smaller buses may cost less as the size of bus dictates the overall cost per day based on the number of meters required.



 Penalties

$250.00 per guest if any evidence of smoking is found in a guest room. This also means that a guest should sniff the air in their room when they first go in and report it to the hotel when they check-in. Several people  at the 2014 convention noticed such a smell and reported it to the hotel  and therefore were not charged and the hotel fixed the trouble.

$55.00 early checkout fee. If you checkout on a day before your scheduled day the hotel will charge you a fee of $55.00 except for in very extraordinary circumstances.
