[Nfbmo] some ideas for attracting convention participation

Hi Gene
  I want to thank you for all the work you put in in order to find us good 
hotel rates.  Most of the conventions, with other organizations which are 
much bigger, have no better rates.
  I don't understand why people need agendas and other things in advance. 
Three days a year shouldn't be too much in order to support the organized 
blind.
