Here are some notes about the 54th Annual Convention of the National Federation of Missouri sponsored by Non-24
Dog guide  relief will be in a box  just outside the exit  door by the meeting rooms in the parking lot. When you come out the first exit door turn right to go out the second exit door to find the relief area.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the hotel. The smoking is out the same exit door as the dog relief area but  after coming out the first exit  door turn left through the second door so that smokers and dog users need not share the same area.

Important   Friday lunch participants need to pick up their packets at the registration table outside Rathdangen Ballroom between 8:15 and 9:00 Friday morning.If you arrive later than that it is your responsibility to find Carol Coulter to get your packet before lunch.
Meal ticket procedure.
You must bring your meal ticket for each meal. Place the ticket at the 12:00 position above your plate and someone will come around and collect these tickets. You will not be served unless there is a ticket at your place.
The tickets are marked in both Braille and print and we also use a punched hole system to differentiate the tickets as follows
Friday tickets have no holes in them.
Saturday lunch have two holes in them.
Banquet tickets have three holes in them and prayer breakfast tickets have one hole in them.
