Hello Gary,

Attached is a report on the State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind. If
it will help move our agenda along for the board meeting on Saturday, I'd be
happy for you to distribute it to the board. 

Condensing the meeting accurately knowing that detailed official minutes
will be available on-line later for fact checking is a challenge. So I hope
folks will read these notes as a glimpse into the working of the SRCB. I'd
be glad to answer any questions folks have.
