Hi, friend. I'd be glad to hear what you have to say privately. What I do
know is that RSB finds it difficult to recruit counselors with the base
salary that they pay, and they find it difficult to keep them once the newly
trained counselors find out what they can make from the Division of
Vocational Rehabilitation. This is the thing we are trying to address at
this point, but if we should be addressing the cost of rehab engineers,
let's discuss that privately, and see if we can come up with a resolution.

hi Gary,

If services to clients are being slashed, it's far past the time the horse
escaped the barn and rehab engineering prices have been let run wild!
If the counselors are complaining about their salary, that's an issue I'll
comment on privately!

I like the spin. Way to go. I think we might want a resolution on RSB
funding and the disparity between what counselors at RSB and DVR make. I
think a good one on the NRMA would be good as well.
