You are exactly correct.
The receipt did not say mopa after the coverage plan name this time.
A refund was applied back to my card earlier today.

I think Roger is probably right as nothing has changed in basic
MoHealthNet or Blind Health Care. We had an identical issue with my
brother's coverage where paid $106 to much. What happened in his case
is that they billed the Part D provider but forgot to bill the state.
So, it took us 3 weeks to get a refund from the pharmacy.
