Hello Everyone,
     I have recently begun an internship with We Fit Wellness. I am very excited abot this opportunity. I have been tasked with writing a blog post regarding the National Fitness Challenge. I was asked to focus on Missouri due to the fact that we did so well. I am needing to get information from participants about their experience during the challenge.
     Some of what I am interested in finding out is listed below.

Why did you decide to join the national Fitness challenge?
What motivated you during the challenge?
What new knowledge did you gain about fitness while participating?
What did you learn about yourself during the challenge?
How has the National Fitness Challenge impacted you?
