I know she is not an NFB member but I know some of you know Cindy Gates in particular Debbie, and Carol and Gene Coulter but I wanted to let you know Cindy is in big Barnes.  She had a tumor between her liver and pancreas they thought they were going to remove however when they started to do surgery they discovered there were 22 tumors in her liver and were unable to remove the tumors.  Since then she was officially diagnosed with liver cancer.  They are trying to get her stronger so they can try chemotherapy but she is having to be fed thru a pic line as her body is unable to process food.  She unfortunately is also not a candidate for a liver transplant.  Anyway she could use everyones prayers.  I am not sure when they will be moving her but when I spoke with her today she sounded extremely weak. Robyn
