Hi,

Do you realize how much the public/clients have lost confidence in the
public forum process?
Clients know attending the forums accomplishes nothing and time has been
filled by a "keynote" or invited speaker then asking for comments from the
audience.
Last February, I was the only citizen other than the src committee or rsb
staff that attended the meeting.
Don't even get me started on the leads circulated by the "employment
specialist"!
So can you convince me repeating the same comments to another branch of dss
will make any difference?

and pursuant to §536.175, RSMo, the Missouri Department of Social Services
has launched a review of the department's administrative rules. Public
comments will be received until September 15, 2017.

"We encourage Missourians to comment and attend upcoming public hearings
regarding this review," said Steve Corsi, Psy.D., Acting Director,
Department of Social Services. "We are excited to hear the public's thoughts
on how to optimize our operation and performance as a state agency."
Missourians will have an opportunity to comment on each of the rules of the
Department of Social Services:  Children's Division, Division of Youth
Services, Family Support Division, Family Support Division, MO HealthNet,
Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance Unit, Division of Finance and
Administrative Services, Division of Legal Services, and the Director's
Office.
