Friends, several blind people have been recipients of scholarships in these
programs and have been able to study overseas and learn foreign languages,
etc, because of these opportunities. Please sign the petition and ask your
legislators to vote for continued support of this program. As a language
professor, I cannot say enough about the value of this type of study for
students and faculty. We cannot afford to lose this support.
