March is here so it is deadline time to march to complete to make your hotel reservations and send in your convention registration!
Reservations with the Adams Mark must be made by March 17 by calling 816-737-0200 and tell them your with the National Federation of the Blind.
Also, convention pre-registration must be done by March 27 either by mailing in the form or on-line at www.nfbmo.org or you will have to  pay as much as $19 extra!
Also exhibit forms are due by March 27. So far we have the following exhibitors:
Nanopac
Braille Bibles
Springfield Chapter
Columbia chapter
The actual exhibit form must be submitted. If NFB chapter or division you can Email it to me at escoulter at centurytel.net    
Childcare forms are due 3 weeks prior to convention.
