Hello friends?
This state convention there will be 2 different trainings offered for 1Touch Self Defense  training for the blind and visually impaired. Training sessions are offered Thursday and Friday night from 7 to 9pm. 
1Touch is a self defense program designed for the blind and visually impaired. The trainings will inform you on what is 1Touch, how to assess different situations and some hands on training. 
If you have ever wanted to learn more about how to defend yourself and develop more confidence, this training is for you. 
Clothes for training should be confort friendly. Would not wear tight fitting clothing. 
If you have any other questions we are happy to help.  Roger Croome and myself will be conducting the trainings.
