Hi Friends,

I want to thank Robyn Wallen for accepting the challenge of coordinating the
Uber testing for Missouri. She cannot do it alone and this is a very
important project to assure that Uber is following the agreements reached,
continuing to train drivers on the rights of those using guide dogs, and
ensuring that drivers are heeding their training. The only way they can be
sure their efforts are being effective is to hear grom patrons that use or
travel with guide dog users. As Robyn has pointed out both good and bad
experiences are important. This is not limited to NFB Members, so spread the
news throughout the community.

Thank you Robyn and please respond to Robyn's messages by helping to see
reports are filed as described below.

Subject: [Nfbmo] Uber testing

I wanted to remind everyone Uber testing is currently going on in regards to
the Service Animal settlement with NFB. Each affiliate should submit at
least two test questionnaires per month in each area that has Uber. Per
Valarie currently no one in Missouri has filled out a ride share
questionnaire. This is very important in making sure that Uber is following
the law. You do not have to be a service animal user to be a tester.
Anyone who rides with someone with a service dog can also be a tester. You
also need not have a bad experience or a denial in order to fill out a
questionnaire. If you have a great driver who is more than accommodating
you should also fill out the short form as well. To find the questionnaire
and find out more about the testing program please go to
www.nfb.org/rideshare. Thank you. Robyn
