Just an update I did not know but you  can also fill out the form for Lyft.   Please make sure you say which service you used.  Thank you Sheila.   Uber and Lyft are a great alternative option for us as long as they do what they should be doing.   Please share this information with all your friends who have or travel with service animal users in ride share vehicles.  The testing information has also been shared on the MCB mailing list as well and feel free to share on your personal FB or twitter accounts.  Again the website is www.nfb.org/rideshare. Robyn
