Just saw that our #NFBMO team has maintained our second place ranking in
September. I think our next challenge is to see if out of our team of about
35 participants if we can have 25 of us who will invest in this fitness
project and your own health. Just remember the enthusiasm you had for this
project in the spring and why. If you can, it would be super to see you all
reach 10,000 steps per day. Come on Show Me state let's move into number 1!

 

I have to admit I find energy and am motivated by competition.
