[NFBMO] Reminder: Kansas City Chapter to Sell Popcorn from Popcorn Heaven at State Convention

I hope the hotel doesn't look at that as concessions. We are only suppose
to have food in the hospitality room or our own sleeping rooms or so I
thought.
