[NFBMO] blind pension govt issue

>From what I saw, the provisions stated for the spouse of a blind pension recipient state  that, if the spouse makes more than 300% of the poverty level then it disqualifies the blind individual.  There is some concern around the fact that this bill opens up the funding formula for interpretation.  One part that is concerning is that existing language states that, based on expected revenue, the amount can be raised or remain the same.  This legislation opens up the possibility to lower payments if expected revenue is less than what it has been.  This could be immediately problematic if tax cuts go through which will restrict revenue.  More to come.
