True that the driver's license should not be there but the strong at heart
looking for work would not let that statement prevent them from applying for
a job and even challenging the requirement.
However, I think it is something to bring to the attention of those
responsible for establishing the requirements

There was a job posted here, earlier today, for a "blindness skills
specialist" at the University of Missouri. I believe it said the affiliate
had been involved.
The job requires a valid Missouri state drivers within 90 days. It might as
well say, "blind people not apply." And ... below that is boilerplate about
how the University isn't discriminatory!
