[NFBMO] 1Touch classes at convention

Hello All, 

This year at state convention there will be 2 1Touch classes. The first one will be Thursday night from 7pm to 8:30pm. The second will be 5pm to 6:30pm. Each class will cost $10 per person for each class. The classes will be the same, an intro to 1Touch self-defense. Roger Croome and myself (Amy Wilson) will be the coaches. We are both fully certified and have additional certification with mobility impairments. 

If you took last years class then this will be a nice refresher classes and if your a newbie that alright too. No special items to wear, Just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn something new.
