[NFBMO] Final Reminder - convention funding

This is your last chance to apply for National Convention funding.
Applications must be made by this Tuesday May 15 at 5:00 pm. Greetings,

 

We are now accepting applications for National Convention stipends
through 5:00 pm CDT on May 15. These funds are intended to help those
attend the convention who would find it difficult to attend unless they
receive some help, in no case will   we be able to fully fund anyone.
Funding levels for an individual depend on the number of applicants and
their needs.

IMPORTANT: Email your request to GeneCoulter at Charter.Net

financial need however overwhelming priority is given first to those who
have never been to a National Convention and secondly to those who have
never received a National Convention stipend before. 

Your request needs to include the following:

Explain why you need the stipend and how it will help you.

What is the minimum amount that you need (the Ramen Noodles diet
amount):

What is the ideal amount you NEED?

What chapter are you a member of?:

Have you received a National Convention stipend before?:

How many National Conventions have you attended and when was the most
recent?: 

You need to state that you understand that any unused funds will be
returned to the State Treasurer and you MUST provide receipts showing
bills you incurred. And further, if you cannot make it you will notify
the committee or state Treasurer immediately so excessive funds are not
withdrawn or unnecessary checks written.
