The way I look at this, too, is that blind people wouldn't be living in many of these areas, because of lack of transportation opportunities, but for the opportunity they have there as entrepreneurs. So, you would have people needing to move to larger cities to find work, or people having to give up their homes because they wouldn't be able to afford them. There is no way they can compete, and no way any of these companies would ever consider employing blind people.

I don’t believe that any individual whether they be blind or cited would be able to compete if they allow large commercial corporations to bid for rest areas. So, considering we are still working towards equality, I think this is an area that we should fight for.
