[NFBMO] Blind Pension Legislation

If I understand it correctly, there has been some fraud involved by some
non-blind individuals. I also believe that these fraud numbers have also
been exaggerated. This is not a legislative issue and should have never
been resolved with legislation, this is a law enforcement issue and should
have been resolved there. The perpetrators of these crimes including any
physicians that falsified documentation should be prosecuted to the full
extent of the law.

As with so many other issues where laws are already on the books but the
enforcement of those laws are not being done. That should be our focus
with the lawmakers, freak them out by saying that we agree with them,
people who legitimately receive blind pension shouldn't have the ability to
move a car from one parking spot to another, much less drive it across
town. If you find someone driving and receiving Mo Blind Pension,
PROSECUTE THEM! There is NO need for any new laws.

Just my thoughts,
Randy Carmack
