The Missouri Statewide Independent Living Council (MOSILC) and the Centers for Independent Living (CILs) is asking for your help with gathering data for the development of the 2021-2023 Missouri State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).

We need to hear from individuals with disabilities in Missouri about the available services for independent living, as well as gaps and barriers.  Please help gather this information by completing the following questionnaires:
