If you or a loved one is beginning to lose vision and do not know where to 
turn for help then we have a presentation you won't want to miss.



Losing your vision can be one of the most challenging time in a person's 
life.  How does a person face everyday situations?  How can somebody live 
independently without vision?  How can one access everyday information if 
they cannot read?



These and many other questions along with resources will be answered in the 
Zoom conference call hosted by the St. Charles County Council of the Blind 
and Visually Impaired.  Most of the members of this organization are either 
visually impaired or totally blind.  They have been through the process of 
losing their sight and have overcome the everyday challenges that a person 
with limited or no vision may face.



Some of the organizations that will be represented include, Rehab Services 
for the Blind, Mind's Eye Radio, Independent Living Centers, Wolfner 
Library, Missouri Assistive Technology and the Missouri Council of the 
Blind.  All these organizations provide services to the blind and visually 
impaired residents of Missouri at little or no charge.



To find out more about what might be available for you or your loved one, 
you are invited to participate in a Zoom conference call on Sunday 
afternoon, February 28 at 4:00 PM and hear from these various organizations 
that can assist you in adapting to vision loss.  We will open the conference 
line for you to ask your questions and hopefully give you some direction.
