[NFBMO] Social Security Increases

Beginning with checks received in January Social Security Benefits will
increase by 5.9 percent. This is the largest increase in decades .
SSI benefits will increase   by  $47 to $841
The earnings limit for non-blind will be $1,3,50 and for blind persons will
be $2,260
Trial Work Period months will be counted for earnings exceeding $970
