[NFBMO] Postconvention blues

Someone gave me or sold to me several packets of peanut butter crackers. I am now addicted, but the real tragedy is not my addiction: it is that I ate the last cracker today! I don't think I can wait another year for these tremendous snacks. Is there any provision in the Constitution or the bylaws for having an emergency meeting to satisfy such an addiction? Knowing the people who have recently chaired the committee's tasked with this, my guess is no.
