The Governor's Council on Disability is conducting a survey to understand what are the legislative priorities of disabled Missouri residents. You can either fill out the attached PDF or take the survey online. The survey only takes about 30 minutes and it can help us promote some of our affiliate legislative priorities. Good morning,

Each year the Governor’s Council on Disability distributes a Legislative Priorities Poll (Poll) to gain a greater understanding of issues important to Missourians with disabilities and those who work and live with them. The responses are compiled by our office and sent to state legislators and elected officials. 

The 2022 Poll is open! I have attached a fillable PDF which can be completed and printed and a printable PDF which can be printed and completed by hand. It can also be completed and submitted online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WF5Z355. Poll responses must be received by Friday, November 4, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Please distribute to your friends, family, colleagues, clients/consumers/patients, and any other interested parties so they have the opportunity to share their thoughts. 

The PDFs may be returned to our office via mail, email, or fax using the contact information below.

If you require assistance to complete the Poll, please contact our office. One of our staff will be happy to assist.
