Hi Linda,

Call 1 (800) 592-6004 and tell them that you want to reopen your case. They will refer you to an RSB counselor, who will help you complete most of the paperwork over the phone. You’ll need to have a current I exam. The counselor also will come out to your house, to get more details on why you need to reopen your case. I did this about a year ago. It took about a month. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,
Mike

Does it have to be a long, drawn out process? I have found a program that would give me the training I need to find a better job, that I will definitely need financial help with, but I only have a little less than a month to get into it. I’m hoping maybe some of you who have been here before, may have some tips on how I can expedite the process, if it is at all possible? Thanks.
