[NFBMO] NFBMO Sports and Recreation group updates

Thanks Amy for the update.

It seems like all dates but January are on the third Tuesday. Is there a
reason to hold the January 18th meeting on the third Thursday. I suppose if
this was intentional, it will work for Sports & Recreation to meet from 7:00
p.m to 7:55 p.m. There is already a standing meeting at 8:00 p.m. on the
third Thursday.

Also, for planning purposes, what time will these meetings be held ? I look
forward to adding these to my calendar.

Best,

Shelia

Subject: [NFBMO] NFBMO Sports and Recreation group updates

Hello Fellow Federationist,

Hope this finds each of you well.

As I reported we had a meeting last night and I wanted to provide an update
on some information we landed on in that meeting.

We discussed some ideas that the sports and recreation group would like to
bring to the affiliate in 2024 and plan on bringing those details to the
board meeting on January 6th before we share it with everyone. We also made
the decision to start meeting again once a month starting in January 2024
and I have provided a list of those dates below.

Note I left off the months of April for our state convention and July for
National convention.

- January 18,

- February 20,

- March 19,

- May 21,

- June 18,

- August 20,

- September 17,

- October 15,

- November 19,

- December 17,

There were other things that were discussed however at this point they are
just ideas and I would like to share them more when we have more of a
confirmed plans to go with. None the less the Sports and Recreation group is
very motivated to show up and show out for the new year. We are looking
forward to sharing our new year plans January 6th in Jefferson City and
after that I will be sharing it on the list serv with the public and we will
also have it on the website as well.

If anyone has comments or questions for the sports and recreation group
please feel free to reach out to me.

Thank you for your valuable time.
