[NFBMO] FSD Benefits Portal

I created an account on the portal and completed Ben's annual review on
it, although the accessibility of completing the form was very clunky and I
opted to have help because I didn't want to risk filling it out
incorrectly. Anyway after submitting the renewal form, I received an email
a few days later that said that there was additional information requested
from me and that I could access it through the portal. Upon logging into
the portal there was no additional information.

I called to find out what I needed to complete and the person I spoke with
said that they saw nothing I needed to do.

Fast forward a few more weeks and I get an action notice in the mail that
Ben would be losing his insurance because I did not complete my renewal
form. Again, I made a phone call and was told that they saw my form, but
that no one ever reviewed it and therefor it was not marked as received.
Fortunately it was all figured out, but I wish I would have just done the
annual review the old fashioned way.
