[NFBMO] Immediate action needed onBlind Pension bill

The Missouri House of Representatives passed HB1489  today. This is the bill that
eliminates the need to send blind pension rebiews by certified mail along with
other  programs. 

We have been here before but it is not too late to see this bill finally passed.
EVERYONE  needs to contact their state senators and urge them  to do what they can
get this to the floor and voted on before session ends. Unfortunately, like usual,
there is not much time left so our chances are not wonderful but we need to do
what we can.
