[NFBMO] Reminder on policy of Attending Banquet

Remember:

It is long standing policy that only those with banquet tickets are permitted in
the banquet room until all of the presentations and the meal are completed.  

We pay for anyone who sits down in front of a preplace place setting and every
chair will already have a salad and dessert pre-placed.  Not to mention we have
folks who in the past have gotten free meals.  

By buying a banquet ticket you are not only paying for the food but the
opportunity to enjoy all of the presentations and seeing our National
Representative speak in person.

Those who did not purchase a ticket will be welcomed into enjoy the post-banquet
shindig. 

So, to re-emphasize attendees need to bring their banquet tickets and place them
at the twelve o'clock position above their plate.
