[Nfbmt] The word is spreading

Good morning fellow NFB members of Montana:
For those of you who do not follow the Facebook page, this may not be as exciting for you as it is for me. I have always had an interest in Internet marketing, and the effects that Internet marketing can have on an organization. Especially the effects that Internet marketing can have vias social networking on a small, non-for profit, organization. When we first started promoting the national Federation of the blind of Montana's Facebook page, at 8:30 PM Sunday evening, I wanted to see 30 likes by the end of the week. Be aware, this isn't the date that the Montana at national Federation of the blind Facebook page was originally posted, but the day that I really began promoting it. I just checked the Facebook page, and see that we have 29 Like's. Sunday evening at 8:30, we had 15. This means it that in just under 36 hours, we received 14 Like's. Not too terribly bad if you ask me! Granted, we aren't quite at the 30 likes that I would like to see by the end of the week yet, but I foresee it occurring before the end of today. At least, that's what I hope. And Most of you might think that the 14 likes that we received in the past day and a half or so, may have came from my friends. At least, this is what I originally thought. However, only five of the 14 likes came specifically from my friends. This means, that via word-of-mouth, nine additional page lakes were acquired. Quite exciting!
Let's keep up the hard work! We really need to get the word about the NFB of Montana out there. I am working on a couple of projects related to website promotion for our Facebook page, and a couple of other things. I am quite excited!
On another note, how is the weather for everyone? We received a little bit of snow up here and I'm Hungry Horse.
