Jim, et al,
	Marlene was Kay Stevens "right hand person" at the S O P.  This was
quite sudden, as she was attending the S O P, (working) this year when she
was taken to the Hosspital.  This is quite a blow to Kay.
	Our condolences go out to Gene and all the rest.
