Rik,

Yes, if you find someone you know on Face Book, you have to find the
button to friend them. Most people have their settings such that
clicking on the friend button sends a request to that person, and they
then must accept your request.

I follow Fred's Head on Twitter, and see a fair number of posts from
there, including links to the blog when new blog posts go up.

Twitter and  Face Book are always suggesting people to friend or
follow based on your current friends or those you follow or are
following on Twitter. It's a little unnerving at times.

To go directly to the National Federation of the Blind of Montana
page, find the link in my signature area below.  Or you can search on
Face Book for that full name - National Federation of the Blind of
Montana.  Once you get there, you will find a link inviting you to
like that page.

I tend to use the Face Book mobile page as it is easier to use in some
ways. that address is
