[Nfbmt] Beef stix sales at convention

Ted and Convention goers,

I am wanting to have a caucus meeting July 1. It is at this time that we can distribute the beef sticks. There are some important issues that I need to discuss with those that are attending national convention including some agendas and scheduling. We will be having this meeting in my room. I will be arriving very late on the 30th so I will contact you on the morning of the first to notify you of the room and the time. I will do my best that this meeting does not conflict with any important meetings that you already have scheduled.

               FYI, the beef stix are on their way to Florida and should be
there before we all arrive.  I am open to suggestions as to how to
physically handle the distribution to all who will be selling them.  I have
my own ideas, but I have learned that many times others have better ideas
